Attorney Cavallari is a personal injury and criminal defense trial lawyer, handling matters in almost every courthouse in Connecticut. Her criminal practice ranges from minor misdemeanor offenses to the most serious of felonies and Part A cases. Attorney Cavallari has won not guilty verdicts in serious Part A criminal trials, resulting in full acquittals for clients charged with Class A felonies. She was nominated and selected by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” in Connecticut each consecutive year from 2022 through 2026 for criminal defense. This is an award that is limited to 2.5% of the attorneys in the state under the age of 40.

 

With respect to her civil litigation practice, Attorney Cavallari handles personal injury matters of all kinds, including those arising from car accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, slip & falls, dog bites, improper sexual conduct, among others. Attorney Cavallari has successfully tried multiple cases to verdict and has secured multimillion dollar settlements for individuals who have suffered serious physical injuries. 

 

Attorney Cavallari was a 4-year NCAA Division 1 athlete on the Central Connecticut State University Women’s Soccer Team. She graduated from CCSU in 2013 earning her Bachelor of Science in Business, cum laude, and then went on to earn her law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2017.
