Edward W. Case has 33 years of experience focusing primarily on personal injury litigation and Worker's Compensation. Edward's experience working for insurance companies as a Staff Attorney has taught him how they approach and value injury cases which gives him unique insight into his personal injury cases. His background includes Serious Personal Injury Claims arising out of Product Liability cases, Medical Malpractice, Slip and Falls, Automobile Acciedents, Premises Liability claims, Professional Malpractice, Municipal Liability, Workers Compensation, as well as Assaults and Gun Shot Injury, Liquor Liability, and Accidental Burn Cases.
Attorney Cavallari has been practicing criminal defense and plaintiff’s personal injury litigation since 2017. She handles a wide variety of criminal matters across the state of Connecticut as well as in
Connecticut federal court. Her criminal practice ranges from minor misdemeanor offenses to the most serious of felonies and Part A cases.
Attorney Cavallari was nominated and selected by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” in Connecticut in 2022 and 2023 for criminal defense. This is an honor that is limited to 2.5% of the attorneys in the state

With respect to her civil litigation practice, Attorney Cavallari only represents individuals injured through no fault of their own— never insurance companies. She handles personal injury matters of all kinds,

Attorney Cavallari has tried multiple cases to verdict and has secured numerous settlements for individuals who have suffered serious physical injuries.
Attorney Cavallari was a 4-year NCAA Division 1 athlete on the Central Connecticut State University Women’s Soccer Team. She graduated from CCSU in 2013 earning her B.S. in Business cum laude and then went on to earn her law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2017. While at Quinnipiac she earned the High Academic Achievement award in Trial Practice and Excellence in
Clinical Work award for her work at an externship with the Hartford Public Defender’s Office.
